Procedure for obtaining your refund |
| If you ordered RaceVIEW on CD, then return the CD with a letter
requesting a refund. If you downloaded RaceVIEW, then send the letter or an email stating that you have removed RaceVIEW, including all backup copies, from all computers it was installed on. Do NOT keep any backup copies of RaceVIEW and do not reinstall the product without purchasing a new license. Be sure to include the name of the youth organization you represent and a mailing address for your refund. While we will refund for any reason, it would be helpful to us to know why you are returning the product. This will enable us to make improvements to accommodate even more users. Once we have a valid request for a refund, we will send a refund check to the mailing address you supplied in the refund request. The check will be made out to the organization using the name you supply. |

Ways to avoid needing a refund |
| 1. Review our literature and demo carefully before making your purchase. Pay special attention to the method that RaceVIEW uses to run the Derby. Also, look at the methods for entering the registration information. Most of the few returns we get seem to be caused by misunderstanding of the RaceVIEW method. |
| 2. Purchase far enough in advance so that you can fully evaluate RaceVIEW, preferably using the demo prior to actually purchasing. |
| 3. Be considerate of our time. It takes time to process your order and to answer questions about running a Derby with RaceVIEW. We enjoy helping people figure out inventive ways to make RaceVIEW fit their desires. We also discuss basics of running a derby. |
